In September, the teacher of the center summer attended by my niece invited me to the Centre to raise awareness of the bobbin lace children. I accepted with pleasure, but also with awareness of the importance of first impact, what makes you remember and possibly love, any activity. I started from a distance, talking about the importance of the "wire", a magical instrument, talking about, given the age of the "public", lace has always been used by the Queen, by Noble, took some 800 photos of children dressed in well-off impeccable clothes and packs enormous ... so much so that some children noted that "looked like girls ... Then we started ...
Children are very welcome so much so I went back a second time and wanted to continue, but now they were at the end of the course. I thank the teacher, Mrs. Tatjana Budal and parents for giving your photos ... I have however changed. More photos in http://picasaweb.google.com/maria.bissacco/
